​Scott Baitcher
Scott is an Atlanta native and began his real estate career over 30 years ago, his focus, to represent tenants exclusively. In 2000 Scott developed, organized and opened Commercial Realty Advisors, or CRA, right here in Atlanta. Scott's extensive background   representing tenants exclusively he has gained the knowledge and experience to be a top choice commercial advisor.

​In Scott's free time,  participates in outdoor activities with family. Keeping up with real estate marketing trends.

​Adam Alterman
Adam has lived in Atlanta all his life, and grew up around the real estate business with his father being a commercial broker.  Adam decided to take advantage of his knowledge and set forth on the same career path.  After graduating from UGA in ‘89 his focus was to represent clients in both property acquisition and disposition through leasing and sales. In his 30 plus years he has worked with CB Richard Ellis, perfecting his skills of market analysis, site acquisition, financial analysis, and contract negotiation. As a broker in leasing and sales later to go specializing in commercial and industrial real estate.
 
​In his free time, you can find Adam mountain biking, traveling, enjoying music at a concert with friends or enjoying family time at a home cookout.

TAD HENDERSON 
PARTNER

Tad Henderson
He joined the company in 2005 and in his position is focused on growth and management of the company's direct sales and sales force.
 With his strong sales background and proven track record in direct sales, Tad has a broad range of experience in negotiating sales contracts  and aggressively closing sales.  Prior to joining Commercial Realty Advisors, he was the owner of Blue Max Antiques, taking it from a small startup to a successful business.  Other positions he has held include Buyer for Red Baron's Antiques and Sales Manager for ByeGone Era. 
 
He attended  Georgia Southern University majoring in Fine Art.
